Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

Acts of God: The company shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, government restrictions, or other acts of God.

Rescheduling: In the event services cannot be performed as scheduled due to weather conditions, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to reschedule the work at a mutually agreed-upon date. Every effort will be made to complete services promptly while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Property Damage: While every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect the client’s property, including lawns, driveways, landscaping, and surrounding features, the company shall not be held liable for incidental or unavoidable damage that may occur in the normal course of tree removal, pruning, or related services. This includes, but is not limited to, minor ruts in yards, cracking of driveways, or damage to flowers, plants, or turf.
